In the field of e-mobility, we develop manufacturing concepts for aluminum components that find their application in electric drives, battery modules and battery boxes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Battery boxes for the Porsche Tyacan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The battery of the Porsche Tyacan consists of 33 cell modules, so-called pouch cells, which are not enclosed by a solid housing but by a composite film. This allows optimum utilization of the rectangular battery installation space and saves weight. ALUPROF manufactures the corresponding aluminum components for these battery boxes. With high precision.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Battery boxes for the Audi e-tron<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We also supply the precision-fit aluminum components for the Audi e-tron\u2019s battery boxes. In this battery type, the batteries are located in the underbody of the vehicle over a length of 2.28 meters, a width of 1.63 meters and a height of 34
