With large serial production volumes and a small portfolio our company experienced a boom in the 1980s. The 1990s were characterized by change. Accompanying the increasing degree of automation we were able to continually expand our product range, allowing us to not only acquire new clients but also conquer new markets.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2006 the next generation has taken over the helm at ALUPROF. <strong>Giorgio Liccese<\/strong>, born in 1967 with a mechanical engineering background, has since then been in charge of the technical sector of sales and also the project support. <strong>Sonja Liccese<\/strong>, Master of business administration (FH), born in 1970 is in charge of the commercial sector including controlling and human ressources.<\/p>\n<p>In 2009 the BVMW e.V. (federal association for medium-sized businesses) awarded Sonja and Giorgio Liccese with the Mittelstandspreis.
